Walter Marcinowki's strong CPG brand-building agency background and specialization in promotional marketing led to great success in the Marketing Industry with an emphasis on the beverage field. Marcinowski has a proven track record of profitably growing businesses and brands, building strong cohesive teams, successfully opening and building international markets, launching new products, and increasing shareholder value.

With over 30 years in international marketing, promotions, sales, new product development and advertising, Marcinowski founded WALMAR International to serve as a consulting firm to brand building and licensing groups. He spent more than 17 years agency side supplying the promotional needs of Schieffelin & Somerset with brands like Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon, Johnny Walker, Tanqueray and Ruffino. Marcinowski
also served as Promotional Account Director for the brands of Pernod Ricard USA when they took on partial ownership of the Seagram’s Company and Allied Domecq. He oversaw all aspects of promotional marketing plans behind Pernod Ricard brands during the organizational period of the merger. Although there were no advertising budgets that year, under Marcinowski's direction, promotions-only programs resulted in a 9% organic growth for Pernod Ricard USA for the same brands and markets. During that period, he also helped launch Havana Club and Seagram's Vodka. 

Marcinowski is also one of the pioneers of Internet Wine Sales with his line "Farmer's Wines". He selected common co-op style wines of Europe and had them blended by experts such as Michel Roland, the master of Grand Cru Classe. His blend 'Coq Rouge' can still be found throughout Europe and has recently been introduced into the U.S. His direct-to-consumer internet-based sales doubled margins, allowing for immediate profitability.

Marcinowski's innovative & integrated approach led to the creation and management of the most successful multi-media and on-line promotion in the history of Miller Brewing Company, a strategic partnership between Milwaukee's Best Light Beer & The World Series of Poker. He also developed Scots Fest and negotiated and promoted events such as America's Cup Yacht Races and The Blemont Champagne Stakes.

As a seasoned international marketing consultant in the Wine & Spirits and Entertainment industries, Marcinowski has significant experience in the development of global brands. He has arranged product placement and sponsorships for Broadway shows, Online marketing ventures and Television. Diverse goods include promotional merchandise manufactured in China, Indonesia, and the United States - Wine & Spirit brands from France, Italy, and Spain - Bottled water from Norway - and Organic Household soft goods from the U.S.
VOSS Water of NorwayNew Product Development & Launch 

Mr. Marcinowski, co-founder and EVP of Marketing of VOSS Water, along with Christopher Harlem and Ole Sandber developed an upscale super premium water that received global acclaim amd reached annual sales nearing $100,000,000US in 2007. With his expertise, they developed a strategic marketing plan, oversaw package design, sourced all manufacturing elements including bottling plant and bottle manufacturing, obtained all health licenses, oversaw promotional, advertising and distribution plans including budgeting. In 2000, VOSS Water earned a GOLD Medal Award for Global Packaging Design.

Development of OOH ad campaigns and promotional events at Casinos Worldwide, including branding opportunities on playing tables, chips, and card decks, including product promotions, poker tournaments, and three-tier integrated marketing initiatives at various gaming operations.
